Your membership number, sometimes referred to as an account ID, is a unique number located on the back of your membership card.

You can also find your membership number in your MyMagpies account.

Your membership barcode is a 12-digit number used by members with General Admission access to upgrade to a discounted set-seat.

It is also used for ticketing during the Finals Series.

You can find your barcode number(s) via your MyMagpies account.

Some Members are linked to the accounts of other Members, such as a parent to their child's account.

These Members may wish to move between accounts to view various invoices, barcode numbers, or other information.

To move between linked MyMagpies accounts, follow the steps below:

  1. Log into your MyMagpies account here;

2. Expand the drop-down menu in the top right-hand corner

3. A pop up with open that shows your account, as well as any linked accounts. Simply select the account you'd like to move into.

Important Notes:

The 'switch accounts' option will not show if you do not have any linked accounts.

Additionally, you may have multiple Members within your one account and not be required to switch to find the details of these Members.

1. Log in to your MyMagpies account.

2. Head to the 'Invoice' section.

3. Select the invoice that you wish to pay from the 'unpaid' section.

4. Click 'continue'.

5. Follow the prompts to either update your existing details or add new payment details, then click "pay now".

If you have any trouble updating details online, please call us on 1300 MAGPIE (62 47 43) between 9:30am and 4pm (Melbourne time) from Monday-Friday.

Your membership Years of Service is a count of the number of consecutive seasons you have been a Collingwood FC Member for.

Our records also count total years of service, which is used to provide benefits to Members who reach the 25-year and 50-year milestones.

If you believe your Years of Service is inaccurate in the Club's records, please contact us on 1300 MAGPIE (62 47 43) or send an email to membership@collingwoodfc.com.au so that we can investigate.

Note that you may be required to submit a statutory declaration if deemed necessary by a Membership Supervisor.

In general, Members are able to pass on their membership ticket for game access so long as they are an equivalent level of entry.

If a Concession or Junior member transfers a membership entitlement or ticket to an adult, the adult will be refused entry.
