IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ACCESSIBLE TICKET BOOKINGS & COMPANION CARD HOLDERS
The following information applies to:
If the AFL Finals barcode number in your MyMagpies account is not already designated as a Grand Final Accessible Registration barcode, you must contact the Club to obtain one no later than 12pm (AEST) on Monday 8 September.
A medical certificate may be requested for Members whose accessibility requirements are not already recorded in the Club database.
A ballot is a method used to automate the random allocation of tickets to Members. If Collingwood qualifies for the 2025 Toyota AFL Grand Final, Ticketek will use a ballot to allocate tickets to Members based on their Priority Group.
Each eligible Member is assigned to a Priority Group, based on their membership package, membership status, membership tenure, or member age, which determines the order in which tickets will be allocated. Collingwood has four (4) Priority Groups.
Each eligible Member is assigned to a Priority Group, based on their membership package or membership status, which determines the order in which tickets will be allocated. Collingwood has four (4) Priority Groups.
Registration will be open for all Priority Groups between 9am-6pm (AEST). To retain priority, Members must select the correct priority group from the dropdown options. It is the responsibility of the Member to ensure the correct Priority Group is selected when completing registration.
Your specific registration time on the day does not affect your chances in the ballot. Each Priority Group is randomised for ticket allocation.
A ballot is required as the number of tickets available to Club Members for the Grand Final will be less than the total number of eligible Members.

Following the 2023 Toyota AFL Grand Final, the Club made a commitment to prioritise access to seating for our older Members. With P1 Plus access, these Members are given priority access to the best available seats.
To qualify for P1 Plus, Legends Members must be 70 years of age as at Grand Final Day, 27 September 2025.
Members can locate their 12-digit Finals membership barcode by logging in to their MyMagpies account. Any prefixes that appear before the barcode (‘Ad’, Co’, or ‘Jr’) can be ignored – these simply denote whether a barcode belongs to an adult, concession, or junior membership.
One (1) barcode = (1) one ticket registration
A maximum of eight (8) barcodes can be registered together.
In such situations, Members can choose to:
For clarity, if a Member eligible for P1 Plus wishes to register with Members in P1, all Members must register in P1.
Members can register up to eight (8) Member barcodes together through Ticketek should they wish to sit with other Members. See above for a guide to registering a group across multiple Priorities.
Each Member barcode will be charged a $6 non-refundable fee at the time of ballot registration to cover club and Ticketek administration costs.

Tickets will be allocated based on Priority Group. Tickets will be allocated to Priority 1 Plus Members first, then Priority 1, then Priority 2 (subject to availability), then Priority 3 (subject to availability). Within each priority group, all registrations will be randomised to determine the order in which tickets will be allocated.
Tickets will be allocated on a best-available basis and therefore Members could receive any category of Reserved Seat(s), Restricted View Seat or Standing Room (*depending on which ticket option was chosen during the registration process). Members cannot choose their seating category.
Registration groups with more than one ticket will either have all tickets successful or all tickets unsuccessful in the ballot. Registration groups will not be split.
At the time of registration, Members can elect not to receive Standing Room ticket(s), however if all Members in the group are able to stand for the duration of the day, it’s strongly recommended to select Option 1 –‘ I will accept the best available ticket – including Standing Room’. Electing not to select this option will waive the guaranteed access to purchase a Grand Final ticket for Members in P1 Plus/P1 and reduce the chance of being successful in obtaining a Grand Final ticket for Members in P2/P3.

|
We understand there is a broad range of reasons why you may require an accessible ticket. If these options do not meet your exact requirements, please select “You have not listed an option to suit my needs”, select the relevant ticket option for other Member(s) of your group, complete payment and finalise the registration process. The day following registration, a Ticketek staff member will call you to clarify your accessible requirements. Please ensure you phone number is up to date in your My Ticketek account.
If Collingwood qualifies for the 2025 Toyota AFL Grand Final, ticket allocation will occur across September 20, 21 or 22.
If Members are successfully allocated a Grand Final ticket, their credit/debit card will be charged on either September 20, 21 or 22, without prior notification of the transaction.
The credit card holder must have sufficient funds to potentially pay for the highest category of tickets for all Member barcodes registered in the transaction.
If your credit/debit card fails to process, you will receive an SMS from Ticketek and email from the Club with strict payment instructions. Please ensure you follow these instructions as your ticket(s) will be automatically void if payment is not received prior to the specified deadline.
If you need to change your card details prior to the ballot, you can do so up until 11am (AEST) on Thursday 18 September by contacting the Collingwood Membership Team on 1300 624 743, who will arrange for Ticketek to call and collect the relevant information from you.
Members can log on to the Ticketek website from 9am (AEST) Monday 22 September to see if they were successful or unsuccessful in the ballot by checking for their Ticketek Customer ID. Email notification will also be sent to successful and unsuccessful Members by the Club. If you were successful in obtaining tickets, this communication will also detail how to access your Grand Final ticket(s) via the Ticketek app.
Under the Major Events Act 2009 (VIC) it is illegal to on-sell or advertise for resale AFL Grand Final tickets at a premium or as part of a package, unless the seller is authorised in writing by the AFL.
