Terms and Conditions

COLLINGWOOD FOOTBALL CLUB MEMBERSHIP

2019 Collingwood Football Club (Club or Collingwood) [these two terms are used interchangeably] memberships are subject to the following terms and conditions which includes the Club's Privacy Policy.

Upfront and monthly payment plan memberships are subject to automatic roll over each year unless members opt out by the notified deadline. See clause 11 for further details and terms. Members whose membership is automatically renewed in accordance with the terms of clause 11 will be entered into the Club's Win a Holden competition for a chance to win a Holden MY18.5 Astra R+. The Club may from time to time where reasonably necessary (and subject to applicable State and Territory Laws and the Australian Consumer Law) vary the terms and conditions of Club Membership. The Club will communicate any change to its membership terms and conditions via the Club membership website. Except for any rights that members may have under applicable State or Territory Laws and the Australian Consumer Law, members will have no claim against the Club by reason of any change made to its membership terms and conditions.Any changes will be effective at the time of posting.

1.Purchase of a membership

  • If you are successful in your membership application, the Club will issue you a payment confirmation electronically within 5 business days. Your membership card and fulfilment package will be issued within 10 business days from 1 December, 2019. Members who join during the season will receive a membership card (or game entry ticket) prior to the next home game.
  • The Club reserves its right not to accept any membership application form in its absolute discretion.
  • All membership categories are subject to availability.

2.Term of Membership

  • Subject to the following terms and conditions, your Club membership will entitle you to the benefits of Club membership from receipt of your membership payment to 31 October 2019.

3.Membership Information and Entitlements

3.1Memberships

The Club offers a number of memberships.The following lists any specific conditions which relate to memberships.

3.1.1 Family

  • Family memberships are available for two adults and up to two juniors (under the age of 15 as of 1 January 2019).

3.1.2Junior

  • To be eligible for a Junior membership (Magpie Stars), the applicant must be at least 5 years of age but under the age of 15 as at 1 January 2019. Children aged under four at 1 January 2019 are entitled to attend games without a Club membership, however they must not occupy a seat. Junior member accounts that do not have a date of birth will not have their membership pack sent until the date of birth is confirmed to the Club.

3.1.3Student

  • Student concession is available to people studying full-time in 2019. Your membership application/renewal form must be accompanied by a copy of your 2019 student card or a photocopy of a stamped, receipted 2019 enrolment form from your education institution.

3.1.4Pensioner

  • Pensioner concession is available to people holding a 2019 pensioner concession card issued by Centrelink, the Department of Health and Community Services, the Department of Community Services or the Department of Veteran Affairs. A Heath Care or Health Benefit card will not be accepted. Your membership application/renewal form must be accompanied by a photocopy of your pension card. Pension cards must be valid for the duration of the 2019 football season.

3.1.5Companion card holders

  • Any Club member holding a Government issued Companion Card is entitled to one complimentary membership for their carer.
  • Once you have purchased your membership, you are required to send through proof of your Companion Card and the Club will then issue you with a complimentary membership in the same membership category as the one you have purchased to allow your carer access to the games when caring for you.

3.1.6Country

  • Club members living in excess of 120km from the Holden Centre are eligible for Country membership. When applying for or renewing a Country membership, you will need to supply a proof of residency (for example, a copy of your rates notice or a utilities bill) to verify your address. PO Box addresses will not be accepted without supporting documentation.
  • All Cheer Squad members are required to submit a Working with Children Check and signed copy of the 2019 Official Collingwood Cheer Squad Code of Conduct when applying for a Cheer Squad membership

3.2.1Club Members

All 2019 Club Members will receive:

  • Personalised membership card

  • 2019 Member Scarf (excluding AFL Club Support, see paragraph 3.2.4)
  • Access to a Member Cap (if payment is made towards the membership prior to January 31, 2019, see paragraph 3.2.3)
  • Exclusive member communications
  • Two editions of 'In Black & White' magazine; one copy of the pre-season and one copy of the end of season edition (members who sign up after the distribution of the pre-season edition will receive the end of season edition only)
  • Member pricing on Club merchandise
  • Reserved Seat or General Admission access (depending on your membership) to all home and away games that Collingwood participates in at the MCG and Marvel Stadium in the 2019 AFL Premiership Season.

3.2.2Other entitlements

The following lists any additional entitlements for members according to their membership:

3.2.3Member Cap

  • A Member Cap is available to all adult, concession and junior members who join prior to the cut-off date ("eligible members").
  • Eligible members must join before 31 January 2019 after which time the Member Cap may no longer be available.
  • Eligible members who are part of an automatic renewal agreement from 2019 will automatically receive access to a Member Cap if they are financially compliant at 31 January, 2019.
  • Member Caps are subject to availability and once sold out, will no longer be available.
  • Members are only entitled to one Member cap, despite having multiple membership types.

3.2.4Member Scarf

  • The 2019 Member Scarf will be given to all members (excluding AFL Club Support) and is based on each member’s consecutive years of financial membership. Members can query their years of membership by contacting the Membership Services Centre on 1300 MAGPIE (1300 62 47 43) during business hours, however the final decision is at the discretion of the Membership Strategy Manager.
  • If a member disputes their consecutive years of membership, a statutory declaration must be signed and provided to the Club if the disputed years is greater than five years from what the Club has on record.
  • If a member disputes their years of consecutive membership to be in excess of 50 years, the member is required to attend a meeting with the Membership Manager.

3.3Game Entitlements

General admission:

  • General Admission access to games is not guaranteed. Access is subject to capacity and you are encouraged to reserve a seat in order to guarantee entry, particularly at high demand games. Members will be required to pay additional fees and charges when reserving a seat. Access may be gained to unreserved seating on a first-come, first served basis subject to availability and members can upgrade to a reserved seat at the venue for an additional fee subject to availability.

  • Reserved Seat or General Admission access (depending on your membership) to all home games that Collingwood participates in at the MCG and Marvel Stadium in the 2019 AFL Premiership Season.

  • General admission access to four Collingwood home games at the MCG and Marvel Stadium in the 2019 AFL Premiership Season
  • General admission access to two Collingwood home games at the MCG and Marvel Stadium and reserved seat access to ANZAC Day at the MCG in the 2019 AFL Premiership Season
  • Reserved seat access to two predetermined Collingwood home games at the MCG and reserved seat access to ANZAC Day at the MCG in the 2019 AFL Premiership Season
  • Reserved seat access to Round 12, Collingwood v Melbourne at the MCG and general admission access to two Collingwood home games at the MCG or Marvel Stadium in the 2019 AFL Premiership Season
  • General admission access to five Collingwood home games at the MCG and Marvel Stadium in the 2019 AFL Premiership Season
  • Reserved seat access to an interstate game in your state of residence and general admission access to five Collingwood home games at the MCG and Marvel Stadium in the 2019 AFL Premiership Season

  • The tickets can be used one over ten games, all ten tickets for one game, or anything in between.

3.4Interstate Ticketing

  • Members eligible for interstate ticketing include members with an interstate membership in SA, QLD, NSW, ACT, WA, and members with a Social Club or higher membership category living in that State.
  • All correspondence regarding interstate ticketing will be sent via email.
  • Tickets must be selected via the My Magpies Account seating map.
  • It is the member’s responsibility to allocate and print their own ticket 24 hours prior to the game.
  • If two games are scheduled in the State in one season, the member will be offered a ticket to their game of choice.If the member does not select a game, they will default to the second fixture game.

3.5Finals Tickets Entitlements

  • Each member's access to the Toyota AFL 2019 Finals Series games will be determined in accordance with their respective membership category and corresponding entitlements.
  • The Club will communicate information, and any further terms, relating to members' access to Toyota AFL 2019 Finals Series games in late August 2019 should the Club be participating in the Toyota AFL 2019 Finals Series.
  • This service is only available for members with a reserved seat at the MCG or Marvel Stadium. Log into your MyMagpies Account to print tickets. Once you have printed your ticket for a game your barcode on your membership card will be made inactive for this game. It will not be possible to reactivate your card for this game. If you lose your tickets you have the option of re-printing tickets through your MyMagpies Account. This service is only available for Collingwood home games at the MCG and Marvel Stadium. TicketFast will close one full business day before the game. Actual closing times and dates will be announced once the 2019 AFL fixture has been released. Tickets are not available for mobile scanning.
  • If you are a season ticket reserved seat holder, you can make your seat(s) available to family and/or friends to use on any game day. This option allows you to keep your membership card and your family/friends can receive daily paper tickets via email to gain access to the MCG and Etihad Stadium on game day. You can forward your seat to a family member or friend through your MyMagpies Account up until one business day prior to the game.
  • Seating areas at the MCG and Marvel Stadium are subject to change and are made upon consultation with the venue.
  • 2019 members who wish to retain their current reserved seat in 2019 must ensure that their membership payment has been completed no later than 5pm (AEDT) on Wednesday 21 November, 2019. This can be done online, via telephone or in person at the Holden Centre.
  • If you are a renewing member and wish to change your seat/upgrade your membership, you may do so from Monday 26 November, 2019 once all unsold seats have been released for sale. You must be a financial member to request a reserved seat change.
  • The Club is unable to, and does not, guarantee that your seating preference will be able to be accommodated.
  • If you are adding a new member you will be contacted to confirm which seating is available.
  • If you wish to be seated with specific members or if you are introducing new members who you would like to sit with, all forms must be submitted together by email, post or delivered personally to the Club. You should nominate a Group Leader for your seating request that should be used by all people wishing to sit together.
  • All change/upgrade and new seat requests are to be submitted via MyMagpies Account and are subject to availability. The Club is unable to, and does not, guarantee any seats will be available. You will be notified of the outcome of your application as soon as possible.
  • New seat requests are processed in order of date received. If your preference is unavailable, you will be seated in the best available seat at the time of processing.
  • Members wishing to apply for new seats can do so via their MyMagpies Account.Simply login using your Member ID and Password and select the seat you want from the Interactive Seat Map.
  • If your preferred seat is not available you will need to wait until Monday 10 December, 2019 at which time you will be able to review any unallocated seat/s through the Interactive Seating Map.
  • Your membership fee can be paid in full via any one of the following methods: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, BPay, Cheque, Cash or EFTPOS.

4.MCC and AFL Member Upgrades

4.1AFL Members

  • AFL Members may nominate a club of support and by doing so consent to the AFL providing their personal details to that club, so they may contact you, for example in relation to membership pack fulfilment and finals access. AFL Members who have nominated the Club as their club of support may purchase a Club reserved seat membership upgrade.

4.2MCC Members

  • MCC members may purchase a club upgrade via the Collingwood Football Club or Melbourne Cricket Club.

5.Membership Cards & Tickets

  • Membership cards remain the property of the Club. If a Club membership card is lost or stolen, please contact the Club's Membership Services Centre on 1300 MAGPIE (1300 62 47 43) during business hours and the Club will then issue a replacement Membership card subject to receipt of the replacement card fee (as advised by the Club). The card will be replaced at no cost upon provision of a police report or statutory declaration detailing the theft.

5.1Membership Cards

  • Delivery – Your Club membership card is personalised. Membership cards will be mailed out as soon as practicable after your application and applicable payment has been processed.
  • Lost Cards – If you lose your membership card you will be required to present a signed original statutory declaration to the Club. A membership card replacement fee of $15 will be charged. Replacement membership cards will be mailed out to you and cannot be issued on game day.
  • Forgotten Cards – the Club can provide you with a replacement ticket on the day for a cost of $10. If you have lost your membership card you will be required to pay the $15 replacement fee.

6.Transfer of Membership Card Entitlements

  • Members may transfer their membership entitlements (or tickets) to a family member or friend provided that the family member or friend is at the equivalent level of entry and meets any eligibility requirements specified in these terms and conditions.If a Concession or Junior member transfers a membership entitlement or ticket to an adult, the adult will be refused entry and will have the membership card or ticket confiscated at the gates. The ticket will not be returned to the member and a replacement fee (to be advised by the Club) will apply for the issue of a new membership card.

7.2Reserved Seat Return Program

  • Members who are eligible for the Reserved Seat Return Program will be notified when it becomes active.
  • By returning your seat for resale through the Club's Reserved Seat Return Program, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of the below Terms and Conditions of the program in addition to the membership terms and conditions.In the event of any inconsistency, the below terms and conditions apply.
  • The Reserved Seat Return Program applies to members who hold a reserved seat at the MCG for Collingwood Home games as part of their membership package. This excludes members who have access to the Legends Bays.
  • You may give up your rights to access and use your seat at any home game that has not been played by using one of the following methods:
    • Seats cannot be returned by emailing the Club membership email address.
    • Once you return your seat for any game by completing one of the methods set out above, it cannot be retrieved or accessed for use by you for that game. You may attempt to purchase it through Ticketek when it becomes available for on sale.
    • Return credits are awarded only if the returned seat is successfully on-sold by Ticketek for any game. There is no guarantee that a returned seat will be on-sold.
    • You agree and acknowledge that:
      • your returned seat will be available for sale on the usual terms and conditions and pricing that applies at the time of sale of tickets for the relevant game;
      • the resale of your returned seat is not guaranteed and the Club and Ticketek are not responsible for ensuring the resale of your seat;
      • you cannot specify any price at which or any terms or conditions on which the seat will be resold; and,
      • you will not attempt to retrieve or access your returned seat.
    • To the fullest extent permitted by law (including, without limitation, the Australian Consumer Law), the Club shall in no circumstances be liable to you for any indirect or consequential losses or any loss (whether direct or indirect) arising out of your participation in the Reserved Seat Return Program, including (without limitation) from the resale or failure to resell your seat.
    • Credit earned on seats successfully resold may only be redeemed on the following season's membership renewal and is not transferable.
    • Seat return credits are not refundable and not redeemable for cash.
    • If your seat is successfully sold, the credit will be allocated to your MyMagpies Account within seven (7) working days after the completion of the game for which the seat was resold and you will be advised by email. If you do not have a valid email listed with the Club you will be required to contact the Club to request this information.
    • Credits are only awarded for seats that are resold through nominated Ticketek outlets or Ticketek.com.au. Tickets sold or purchased for any seat through any other forum are not eligible for seat return credit.
    • Total seat return credits will be calculated and automatically credited to membership accounts at the completion of the home and away season; the total credit amount will appear on the following year’s membership renewal invoice.
    • Full list of credits applicable for the 2019 season are:
      • The Club decision on issuance of seat return credits will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
      • Any member that is financially non-compliant for the 2019 season will be unable to return their seat for resale.
      • The Club reserves the right (subject to applicable State or Territory laws and the Australian Consumer Law) to change any of the above terms and conditions by making them available on the Club's website at membership.collingwoodfc.com.au.Any changes will be effective at the time of posting for any seats returned by a Reserved Seat member after the date of posting.
      • The Club reserves the right (subject to applicable State or Territory laws and the Australian Consumer Law) to terminate the Reserved Seat Return Program at any time.Credits will be awarded to reserved seat members for all seats returned prior to the date of termination, in accordance with these terms.

      7.3.Seat Transfers

      • Due to the Club’s wait-list for reserved seating, membership transfers at the MCG or Marvel Stadium are only permitted if the member on the receiving end of the transfer accepts and purchases all seats made available by the vacating members.
      • Upon the release of the 2019 AFL Fixture, the Club will confirm selected games in which members can bring a friend for free. Terms of the offer are:
      • Membership is dependent on the payment of membership fees.Payment of your Club membership fees may be made under this clause.
      • If you wish to transfer your seat, please click here to download the form.
      • Documentation must be posted to PO Box 165, Abbotsford VIC 3067 (addressed to the Membership Department), or emailed to the club at membership@collingwoodfc.com.au.
      • Transfer requests will be processed within 7-10 working days of receipt by the Club.
      • Please note that membership history, as recorded in years of service, does not transfer with the seat(s).

      8.No Onselling

      • Club membership cards and Legends Bay tickets may not, without the prior written consent of the Club, be on sold (including via on-line auction or re-sale sites) or used for advertising, promotion, fundraising or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services, either by the original purchaser or any subsequent bearer. If a ticket is on sold or used in breach of this condition, the ticket may be cancelled without a refund and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission. Penalties apply (including cancellation of any offending member's Club membership without a refund).

      9.Bring a friend for FREE offer

      • The free ticket will be a general admission ticket. General admission entry is subject to capacity.
      • The ticket cannot be upgraded to a reserved seat or access any of the Club reserved seating areas.
      • Members will receive one redemption ticket with their membership pack.Lost/misplaced tickets cannot be replaced.
      • Members can only use their free ticket for one of the nominated games.

      10.Telephone and Internet Renewals

      • Members may renew their Club membership over the telephone or online. By renewing over the telephone or online, you accept these terms and conditions of Club membership (as amended by the Club from time to time).

      11.Membership Fee Payment

      • Members with outstanding debt from previous years will be able to renew their membership for 2019, however any outstanding money owing will be deducted with the first instalment. Until all outstanding money owing is paid, you will not receive your membership pack.
      • Each month, all outstanding payments will be attempted to be deducted from your nominated credit card or debit card.
      • It is your responsibility to ensure:
      • If your payment is returned or dishonoured by your financial institution, you will receive notification requesting immediate payment. Any fees levied to you by your financial institution will be payable by you. It is your responsibility to ensure all contact details are correct at all times and to update them if they change.
      • The Club may suspend or cancel your membership if on two consecutive occasions your payment is dishonoured by your financial institution. You will be notified if we suspend or cancel your membership and your barcode will be blocked for games until the membership payments are brought up to date. Please note that at least 24 hours will be needed to reinstate your membership once payment is received. Members affected will have their seat returned for resale at each game and if their payments are brought up to account on game day, will be issued with a different seat for that game.
      • If your membership is suspended or cancelled, all membership benefits including access to Collingwood games, Collingwood functions, Social Club and Legend Lounge Access and access to purchase Finals tickets through the members presale will be suspended.
      • We refer any outstanding balances throughout the season to our collections agency for recovery. This may involve additional costs that you could be responsible for.
      • We accept VISA, MasterCard or American Express.Other forms of credit or debit cards will not be accepted.
      • American Express payments incur a 2.75% surcharge.
      • If you believe that a payment has been initiated incorrectly, contact our Membership Services Centre on 1300 MAGPIE (1300 62 47 43) during business hours.
      • Your membership fee can be paid in monthly instalments under the Monthly Payment Plan.
      • By joining the Monthly Payment Plan, you authorise the Club to debit from your nominated credit card or debit card in amounts as advised.
      • The Monthly Payment Plan payments will be deducted in instalments on the 21st of each month, beginning from 21 October each year via a nominated VISA, MasterCard, or American Express, with further payments on the 21st of each following month, or the next business day if the 21st falls on a weekend. If any payment fails to transfer between institutions on the 21st, further attempts will be made to clear the funds until successfully processed.
      • On the 21st of each month all outstanding/overdue payments will be attempted to be deducted.
      • For members who apply for the Monthly Payment Plan after the first scheduled payment (21 October 2019) their monthly scheduled payments will reflect their total payments due divided equally over the remaining payment months (the final payment month is August 2019).
      • Members who join between the 1st and 31st of October will be not be charged for the payment that is due to be taken in December as a special offer. Their payments will be split over 10 instalments instead, with the last payment processed in August.
      • By joining the Monthly Payment Plan you will automatically be included into an auto renewal agreement (see following clauses), facilitating automatic rollover of your membership from year to year (Roll Over Membership) until you opt out of the Monthly Payment Plan in accordance with these terms and conditions in force from time to time.
      • To opt out after the first payment has been deducted, contact our Membership Services Centre on 1300 MAGPIE (1300 62 47 43) during business hours. However you must complete all membership payments in full.
      • The account details you have provided are correct, including notification should the expiry date change.
      • You have sufficient clear funds available in the nominated account on the scheduled payment date.

      11.3Roll Over Membership

      • The Roll Over Membership allows you to automatically roll over your membership from year to year.
      • If you pay your membership fees by credit or debit card, unless you elect to opt out of Roll Over in accordance with directions issued by the Club from time to time, you authorise the Club to automatically renew your membership each season into the same seat (if applicable) and package (or a reasonably comparable package) and to deduct the applicable membership fees from the credit or debit card used to purchase your previous membership.
      • Your membership for the following season will not be confirmed until payment has been processed.
      • For monthly payments, the Monthly Payment Plan will proceed as outlined at clause 11.2.
      • The Upfront Yearly Payment Plan payment will be deducted in one instalment on 21 October each year via a nominated VISA, MasterCard or American Express cards.
        • By joining the Upfront Payment Plan, you authorise the Club to debit from your nominated credit card or debit card in amounts as advised.
        • The 2019 instalment will be withdrawn on 21 October 2019. If payment fails to transfer between institutions on 21 October 2019, further attempts will be made to clear the funds until successfully processed.
        • Members applying for the Upfront Payment Plan after the scheduled payment (21 October 2019) will have their payment deducted upon applying.
      • You acknowledge that membership fees may increase from season to season. The Club will provide you with 14 days’ notice in writing of changes in the new amount of your next season’s membership, and for Monthly Payment Plans - the amount of the monthly deductions, prior to the first payment being deducted.
      • You will have 14 days from the date of the Club’s notice to advise the Club of any changes or upgrades you wish to make to your membership package, or to notify the Club in writing if you do not wish to roll over your membership into the next season. Strict timeframes apply. If you do not notify the Club that you do not wish to roll over your membership during this period, you will be taken to have agreed to your membership being rolled over on the terms and conditions specified.
      • To opt out prior to the first payment being deducted, a request must be received by the Club by 5pm (AEDT) on Wednesday 17 October, 2019. This can be done by completing, signing and returning the authorisation notice issued by the Club or online by visiting membership.collingwoodfc.com.au/renew and logging into the member’s MyMagpies account. If the Club has not received an authorisation notice or online instruction specifying that you wish to opt out of the Monthly Payment Plan or Yearly Payment, then you are deemed to have agreed to purchase a membership for the next season. Your rolled over membership cannot be cancelled under clause 13 unless you provide sufficient evidence to the Club's satisfaction by 31 December 2019 that you did not receive notice of the opt out option and membership fees for the next season, in which case, the Club will cancel your membership and refund any amounts deducted.
      • To opt out after the first payment has been deducted, contact our Membership Services Centre on 1300 MAGPIE (1300 62 47 43) during business hours. However you must complete all membership payments in full.

      12.Refund Policy

      • Subject to the Australian Consumer Law, once a membership has been purchased, memberships are non-refundable.
      • Subject to the Australian Consumer Law, there will be no refunds available if you wish to terminate your membership prior to the end of your agreement on 10 October, 2019.

      13.Cancellation Policy

      • Club memberships are valid from the date of joining until 10 October, 2019.
      • By becoming a member of the Club, you agree to this period of membership.
      • In exceptional circumstances, if a member wishes to cancel their membership, the Club will advise the member to submit a written request to Membership Services via email to membership@collingwoodfc.com.au or post to PO Box 165, Abbotsford VIC 3067 for consideration at its discretion.
      • If the fulfilment items have been sent prior to the request for cancellation, the membership product will not be cancelled or refunded, subject to the Australian Consumer Law.
      • The Club reserves the right to cancel or suspend a Club membership without refund of any member that breaches any of the terms and conditions of membership (including where that member attempts to transfer or sell their Club membership and/or associated benefits). Any membership cancelled by the Club will result in consecutive years of membership being ceased.
      • The Club reserves its right to cancel a member's Club membership without a refund where that member is deemed by the Club to have breached these terms and conditions (including where that member attempts to transfer or sell their Club membership and/or associated benefits).

      14.Membership promotions

      • The Club has the ability to introduce new promotions and offers to members. Any member who has purchased membership prior to these offers will not be able to request a refund for membership or have the promotion apply to their membership.
      • The Club may launch or participate in other marketing campaigns or promotions for members.
      • These campaigns or promotions will be subject to individual terms and conditions.
      • All members over 18 years of age who hold a Club 5, Legends, MCG Legends, Captains or Social Club Upgrade membership are eligible to vote at the Club's Annual General Meeting.
      • The Club respects your privacy. All personal information we collect about you and individuals whose information you provide to the Club, such as family members, will be used and disclosed by the Club for the purpose of processing member applications and administering Club memberships as well as on behalf of selected third parties in accordance with our Privacy Policy which you agree will apply when you sign up as a Club member. You confirm you are authorised to provide the information you give us about others. The Club may use personal information we collect for promotional and direct marketing purposes and other uses and disclosures as specified in our Privacy Policy which is available at www.collingwoodfc.com.au/privacy or at the front desk of the Holden Centre or by calling 1300 MAGPIE (1300 62 47 43) during business hours. Your personal information is kept securely and treated confidentially. Although you may choose not to provide us with your information or to only provide us with certain information, please be aware that this choice will affect the type and quality of service we provide to you, the processing of your membership and it may also result in delays. Our Privacy Policy explains how to request access to or correction of the personal information the Club holds about you, how to opt out of receiving direct marketing, how to make a privacy complaint and how the Club handles complaints.
      • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria and you unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts having jurisdiction there.
      • To the fullest extent permitted by law (including without limitation the Australian Consumer Law) the Club shall in no circumstance be liable to you for any direct or consequential losses or any loss (whether direct or indirect) arising out of your purchase of or participation in Club membership, including without limitation from the loss or suspension of your membership card or your ability to attend all or any Collingwood games or enter a venue where a Collingwood game is occurring, except to the extent the loss is caused by the Club's breach of these terms and conditions, its negligence or wilful default.

      • It is a condition of membership that you comply with the Collingwood Member Code of Conduct at all times while attending any Collingwood event, function or game.       • Any failure to comply with the Member Code of Conduct may result in the immediate suspension or cancellation of your membership at Collingwood’s discretion.

      17.General Venue Rules

      • Club members must adhere to all rules, policy and restrictions imposed by the venues attended by the Club member including providing their bags for inspection and allowing physical security checks. All venues are smoke-free. Patrons are not permitted to bring alcohol into any venue and must adhere to strict restrictions placed on alcohol consumption in designated areas at all venues. Umbrellas are not permitted to be opened anywhere within viewing areas at any time on game day.

      • Any donation of $2.00 and above to the Collingwood Foundation is fully tax deductible in Australia.

      COLLINGWOOD X LATROBE VALLEY MEMBERSHIP COMPETITION

      1. This document contains the terms and conditions of entry (“these terms”) into the ‘Collingwood X Latrobe Valley Membership’ competition (“Promotion”), information on how to enter the Promotion, and information about the prizes which form part of these terms. Entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms. By entering this Promotion, the entrant acknowledges that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by and abide by these terms.

      14. The Prize will need to be picked up from the Holden Centre at a time that has been agreed on by the Promoter and the Winner, or will be mailed out by the Promoter at no cost.

This document contains the terms and conditions of entry (“these terms”) into the “Netball round nine Samsung Galaxy competition” competition (“Promotion”), information on how to enter the Promotion, and information about the prizes which form part of these terms.       b. Provide current and correct personal details upon purchase of ticket/s.

      8. One (1) Prize Winner will be randomly drawn at the Holden Centre, Cnr Olympic Boulevard and Batman Avenue, Melbourne, Victoria before 5:00 PM AEST on Thursday 20 June 2019 following the Promotional Period.       HOW TO PARTICIPATE

      • a. Individuals must visit a participating RVIC restaurant to get the unique code (on the register topper), visit the competition page and complete the online entry form.
      • b. on request by the Promoter, be able to verify they are a Victorian resident and are over 18 years of age; and
      • c. comply with the requirements set out in clause 14.
      8. The result of the Promotion is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

      LIMITS OF ENTRY

      PRIZES AND PRIZE RESTRICTIONS

      12. The total retail value of the prize pool is AUD $1,500. The Prize is a trip for the Winner and a guest to Adelaide to watch the Collingwood Football Club’s game against the Adelaide Crows at Adelaide Oval on Saturday 17 August 2019. It includes return economy flights with the team and one night’s accommodation in twin share accommodation at a hotel to be determined by the Promoter. It also includes attendance at Collingwood Football Club’s open training session on Friday 16 August 2019, a dinner with the Collingwood Football Club’s Director of Football and an assistant coach, plus two tickets to Collingwood’s match day function which includes two reserved seats. A photo on the ground before the game and access to Collingwood Football Club’s change rooms after the match.
      13. The Prize must be taken as offered. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Prize (including but not limited to additional travel) are the responsibility of the Winner.
      14. It is a condition of winning that the Winner provides the Promoter with their full name and address.
      15. In the event that a Prize, or part of a Prize, is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize or part of the Prize in its discretion with an alternative prize or part of the prize to the same and equal recommended retail value and/or specification, if the Winner agrees in writing. If the Winner does not agree despite reasonable attempts and a Prize is not available due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter and Promotional Participant may substitute the Prize with another item or items determined by the Promoter and Promotional Participant to be of equal or higher value.
      16. The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, sold, redeemed or forfeited for cash or used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Any Prize with a retail value is in Australian dollars and is the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier correct at the time of printing. All Prizes are subject to availability. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of a Prize.
      17. The Promoter and Promotional Participant will not be responsible for any costs associated with the collection or use of any Prize. The Winners are responsible for all costs associated with the collection and use of the Prizes including any expenses and costs for food and beverages, travel insurance or additional travel (including travel to Melbourne for flights to Sydney) and accommodation (unless expressly stated in clause). It is strongly recommended that travel insurance is taken out by the Winner.

      NOTIFICATION OF WINNER
      18. The Winner will be confirmed and notified by phone and in writing on Friday 2 August 2019 by the Promoter and their name published at membership.collingwoodfc.com.au on Friday 2 August 2019 for at least 28 days.

      GENERAL

To the extent permitted by law and the Australian Consumer Law, the Promoter and Promotional Participant shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained, including as a result of the Promoter's or Promotional Participant’s negligence, in connection with this promotion or the redemption or use of the Prizes. Subject to the Australian Consumer Law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained, including as a result of the Promoter's negligence, in connection with this Promotion or the redemption or use of the Prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.       Terms & Conditions of entry

      1. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these terms & conditions (Terms of entry). The Terms must be read in conjunction with the Schedule. The Schedule defines the terminology used in these Terms of entry. Where there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the Schedule, the Schedule prevails. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms of entry.
      2. Entry is open only to legal residents of the Eligible States/Territories who satisfy the Method of entry. Directors, officers, management, employees, suppliers (including prize suppliers) and contractors (and the immediate families of directors, officers, management, employees, suppliers and contractors) of the Promoter and of its related bodies corporate, and of the agencies and companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
      3. The Promotion will be conducted during the Promotion period.

      8. Neither the Promoter nor any company or agency associated with the Event accepts responsibility for the cancellation or delay of the Event for any reason beyond their control or any inability of the winner to attend the Event when scheduled.
      9. If any part of the Event is abandoned, varied, called off or postponed for any reason, the winner and, if applicable, their companion(s), at the Promoter’s discretion, forfeits all rights to attend the event and no cash or alternative tickets will be substituted for that element of the prize.

      13. The time of entry will be deemed to be the time the entry is received by the Promoter.

      16. The prize(s) will be awarded to the best entry/entries as judged in accordance with the Prize draw details. Entries must not have been published previously and/or have been used to win prizes in any other competitions. The judges reserve the right to disqualify any entrant submitting an entry which, in the opinion of the judges, includes objectionable content or does not meet the criteria relating to the method of entry. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
      17. The winner does not need to be present at the draw unless expressly stated to the contrary.
      18. The winner(s) will be notified in accordance with the Notification of winners and Notification of unclaimed prize winners (if applicable) sections of the Schedule. Notification to winners will be deemed to have occurred on the later of the time the winner receives actual notification from the Promoter or two business days thereafter.       19. The Promoter takes no responsibility where it is unable to contact prize winners who have not provided correct or complete contact details. If an entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant's responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to modify any entry information should be directed to Promoter.
      20. It is a condition of accepting any prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier’s requirements. Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated.
      21. The winner(s) name and state/territory of residence will be published in accordance with the Public announcement of winners section of the Schedule (if applicable).
      22. The promoter may conduct an Unclaimed prize draw in accordance with the Unclaimed prize draw section of the Schedule (if applicable). In the event the Unclaimed prize draw takes place, the Promoter will attempt to contact the winner(s) of the Unclaimed prize draw in accordance with the Notification of unclaimed prize draw section of the Schedule, and if applicable, the name and State/Territory of residency of any winner(s) of the Unclaimed prize draw will be published in accordance with the section of the Schedule entitled Public announcement of winners from unclaimed prize draw. If a prize is no longer capable of being redeemed, the new winner will receive a prize, as determined by the Promoter, of equivalent value (as if the original prize had been awarded to that person, less any administrative expenses incurred by the Promoter).
      23. To the greatest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all warranties, representations or guarantees (Warranties) regarding the Promotion and any prizes, including any Warranties which may have been made in the course of advertising or promoting the Promotion. The conduct of the Promotion or the supply of prizes may involve third parties, and the Promoter makes no Warranties and disclaims all liability in connection with any such third parties, their acts or omissions. If despite the foregoing clause, the Promoter incurs a liability to an entrant under any law which implies a Warranty into these Terms of entry which cannot legally be excluded, the Promoter’s liability in respect of the Promotion is limited, in the Promoter’s discretion, to either resupplying such goods or services as form part of the Promotion, or paying the cost of resupplying those goods or services.
      25. Without limiting any of the foregoing, in no circumstances will an entrant or the Promoter have any liability to the other for any loss or damage suffered which is indirect or consequential in nature, including without limitation any loss of profit, loss of reputation, loss of goodwill, or loss of business opportunity.
      26. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any damage in transit to or delay in transit of prizes.
      27. The Promoter may in its absolute discretion not accept a particular entry, may disqualify an entry, or cancel the entire Promotion at any time without giving reasons and without liability to any entrants. Without limiting this the Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries, prize claims and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry or prize claim that is misleading or not in accordance with these Terms of entry or who manipulates or tampers with the entry process.       2019 Collingwood Magpies Netball team (Club) memberships are subject to the following terms and conditions which include the Club's Privacy Policy.

      Upfront and monthly payment plan memberships are subject to automatic roll over each year unless members opt out by the notified deadline. See clause 6.2 for further details and terms.

      1.Purchase of a membership

      3.2Membership Classifications and Concessions

      3.2.1Junior

      • To be eligible for a Junior membership, the applicant must be 5 years of age or more and under the age of 15 as at 1 January 2019. Children aged under four at 1 January 2019 are entitled to attend matches without a Club membership, however they must not occupy a seat.

      3.2.2Companion card holders

      • Anyone holding a Government issued Companion Card is entitled to one complimentary membership for their carer.
      • Once you have purchased your membership, you are required to send through proof of your Companion Card and the Club will then issue you with a complimentary membership in the same membership category as the one you have purchased to allow your carer access to the games when caring for you.

      3.3SSN Finals Series entitlements

      • Each member's access to the SSN Finals Series matches will be determined in accordance with their respective membership category and corresponding entitlements. Please refer to the terms of your particular membership for further detail. The Club will communicate information relating to members' access to SSN Finals Series matches in July 2019 should the Club be participating in the SSN Finals Series.
      • Payment of your Club membership fee may be made in one of the following ways:
      • Your full membership fee can be paid via any one of the following methods: VISA, MasterCard, Cheque, Cash or EFTPOS.
      • Home games not played at Melbourne Arena, Bendigo Stadium or Silverdome: You acknowledge that the Club may, in its sole discretion, play any game scheduled by the SSN to be played at Melbourne Arena, at another venue including a venue which is the home ground of another SSN Club. The Club may, at its absolute discretion, provide some compensation for any benefits foregone in these circumstances.
      • Seating areas at Melbourne Arena, Bendigo Stadium and Silverdome are subject to change and are made upon consultation with the venue.
      • The Club is unable to, and does not, guarantee that your seating preference will be able to be accommodated.

      4.Transfer of Membership Card Entitlements

      • Club members may transfer their membership entitlements (or tickets) to a family member or friend providing that the family member or friend is at the equivalent level of entry.If a Concession or Junior member transfers a membership entitlement or ticket to an adult, the adult will be refused entry and will have the membership card or ticket confiscated at the gates. The ticket will not be returned to the member and a replacement fee (to be advised by the Club) will apply for the issue of a new membership card.

      5.No Onselling

      • Club membership cards may not, without the prior written consent of the Club, be on sold (including via on-line auction sites) or used for advertising, promotion, fundraising or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services, either by the original purchaser or any subsequent bearer. If a ticket is on sold or used in breach of this condition, the ticket may be cancelled without a refund and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission. Penalties apply (including cancellation of any offending member's Club membership without a refund).

      • The Upfront Payment Plan payment will be deducted in one instalment on each year via a nominated VISA or MasterCard card. Other forms of credit or debit cards will not be accepted.
      • By joining the Upfront Payment Plan, you authorise the Club to debit from your nominated credit card or debit card in amounts as advised.
      • The 2019 instalment will be withdrawn on 21 December 2018. If payment fails to transfer between institutions, further attempts will be made to clear the funds until successfully processed.
      • Members applying for the Upfront Payment Plan after the scheduled payment will have their payment deducted upon applying.
      • It is your responsibility to ensure:
      • If your payment is returned or dishonoured by your financial institution, you will receive notification requesting immediate payment. Your 2019 membership will not be confirmed until payment has been processed. Any fees levied to you by your financial institution will be payable by you.       • By joining the Upfront Payment Plan you will automatically be included into an auto renewal agreement, facilitating automatic rollover of your membership from year to year until you opt out of the Upfront Payment Plan.
      • The Club will provide you with 14 days’ notice in writing of changes in the new amount of your next season’s membership prior to the payment being deducted.
      • You may opt out of the Upfront Payment Plan prior to the next annual Upfront payment being deducted by following the procedure in the updated terms and conditions and communicated to you by the Club
      • The Club will provide you with 14 days’ written notice of any changes to the terms and conditions of the Upfront Payment Plan.

      (a) The account details you have provided are correct, including notification should the expiry date change.

      (b) You have sufficient clear funds available in the nominated account on the scheduled payment date.

      6.2.2Monthly Payment Plan and Automatic Rollover

      • The Monthly Payment Plan payments will be deducted in instalments on the 21st of each month, beginning from 21 December 2018 via a nominated VISA or MasterCard card. Other forms of credit or debit cards will not be accepted.
      • The first instalment will be withdrawn upon processing the membership application
      • By joining the Monthly Payment Plan, you authorise the Club to debit from your nominated credit card or debit card in amounts as advised.
      • Payment will be processed on the next business day if the 21st falls on a weekend. If any payment fails to transfer between institutions on the 21st, further attempts will be made to clear the funds until successfully processed.
      • On the 21st of each month all outstanding/overdue payments will be attempted to be deducted.
      • For members who apply for the Monthly Payment Plan after the first scheduled payment (21 December 2018) will have a payment or payments deducted to bring them up to date with the schedule. After this point payments will continue at each specified date (21st of each month).
      • It is your responsibility to ensure:
      • If your payment is returned or dishonoured by your financial institution, you will receive notification requesting immediate payment. Any fees levied to you by your financial institution will be payable by you. It is your responsibility to ensure all contact details are correct at all times and to update them if they change.
      • The Club may suspend or cancel your membership if on two consecutive occasions your payment is dishonoured by your financial institution. You will be notified if we suspend or cancel your membership and your barcode will be blocked for games until the membership payments are brought up to date. Please note that at least 24 hours will be needed to reinstate your membership once payment is received. Members affected will have their seat returned for resale at each game and if their payments are brought up to account on game day, will be issued with a different seat for that game.
      • If your membership is suspended or cancelled, all membership benefits including access to Collingwood games, Collingwood functions and access to purchase SSN Finals tickets through the members presale will be suspended.
      • We refer any outstanding balances throughout the season to our collections agency for recovery. This may involve additional costs that you could be responsible for.
      • Each month, all outstanding payments will be attempted to be deducted from your nominated credit card or debit card.

      7.GST and Levies

      • Except where expressly noted, all prices include GST and any applicable venue levy.

      8.Refund Policy

      • Subject to the Australian Consumer Law, once a membership has been purchased, memberships are non-refundable.
      • Subject to the Australian Consumer Law, there will be no refunds available if you wish to terminate your membership prior to the end of your agreement on 30 June, 2019.

      9.Cancellation Policy

      • Club memberships are valid from the date of joining until 30 June 2019.
      • By becoming a member of the Club, you agree to this term of membership.
      • In exceptional circumstances, if a member wishes to cancel their membership, the Club will advise the member to submit a written request to Membership Services via email to membership@collingwoodfc.com.au or post to PO Box 165, Abbotsford VIC 3067 for consideration at its discretion.
      • If the fulfilment items have been sent prior to the request for cancellation, the membership product will not be cancelled or refunded, subject to the Australian Consumer Law.
      • The Club reserves the right to cancel or suspend a membership without refund of any member that breaches the terms and conditions of membership. Any membership cancelled by the Club will result in consecutive years of membership being ceased.
      • The Club reserves its right to cancel a member's Club membership without a refund where that member is deemed by the Club to have breached these terms and conditions (including where that member attempts to transfer or sell their Club membership and/or associated benefits).

      10.Club Member Conduct

      • While barracking and supporting your club is a vital part of the game, offensive or aggressive behaviour (including yelling and swearing when dealing with Club staff, agents or SSN or other event staff) will not be tolerated. Club members who consume alcohol on a match day are to do so responsibly. Drunkenness will not be tolerated. The Club takes a strong stance on vilification and has a zero-tolerance for members or supporters that abuse the opposition, opposition supporters, or umpires on grounds of race, religion, gender and sexuality. Club members whose conduct in the Club's opinion breaches this clause may face penalties, including suspension or cancellation of membership without refund.

      11.Changes to Club membership Terms and Conditions

      • The Club may from time to time where reasonably necessary (and subject to applicable State or Territory Laws and the Australian Consumer Law) vary the terms and conditions of Club membership. The Club will communicate any change to its membership terms and conditions via the Club website or email. Except for any rights they may have under applicable State or Territory Laws and the Australian Consumer Law, members will have no claim against the Club by reason of any change made to the terms and conditions of Club membership.

      12.General Venue Rules

      • Club members must adhere to all rules, policy and restrictions imposed by the venues attended by the Club member including providing their bags for inspection and allowing physical security checks. All venues are smoke-free. Patrons are not permitted to bring alcohol into any venue and must adhere to strict restrictions placed on alcohol consumption in designated areas at all venues. Umbrellas are not permitted to be opened anywhere within viewing areas at any time on match day.

      13.Membership Cards & Tickets

      • Membership cards remain the property of the Club. If a Club membership card is lost or stolen, please contact the Club's Membership Services Centre on 1300 MAGPIE (1300 62 47 43) during business hours and the Club will then issue a replacement Membership card subject to receipt of the replacement card fee (as advised by the Club). The card will be replaced at no cost upon provision of a police report or statutory declaration detailing the theft.

This may include for promotional and direct marketing purposes and other uses and disclosures as specified in our Privacy Policy which is available at www.magpiesnetball.com.au/privacy or at the front desk of the Holden Centre or by calling 1300 MAGPIE (1300 62 47 43) during business hours. Your personal information is kept securely and confidentially. Although you may choose to only provide us with certain information, please be aware that this choice will affect the type and quality of service we provide to you and it may also result in delays. Our Privacy Policy explains how to request access to or correction of the personal information the Club holds about you and how to make a privacy complaint and how the Club handles complaints.

        15.Telephone and Internet Renewals

        • Members may purchase and renew their Club membership over the telephone or online. By purchasing or renewing over the telephone or online, you accept these terms and conditions of Club membership (as amended by the Club from time to time).

        • Upon the release of the 2019 SSN Fixture, the Club will confirm selected games in which members can bring a friend for free. Full terms of the offer are listed below:
        • The free ticket will be a general admission ticket. General admission entry is subject to capacity.
        • The ticket cannot be upgraded to a reserved seat or access any of the Club reserved seating areas.
        • Members will receive one redemption ticket with their membership pack.Lost/misplaced tickets cannot be replaced.
        • Members can only use their free ticket for one of the nominated games.

        19.Members Choice

        • Members who join by 31 March 2019 will be given access to select a members’ choice item at a Collingwood Magpies Home match.
        • Items include, scarf, caps and drink bottles. Limited stock of each item is available.
        • If stock of an item is no longer available, the item will not be reordered.
        • Members are able to send in their seating preferences for all 5 home games played at Melbourne Arena.
        • Members are only eligible to select their seating preferences if they are intending to attend all 5 home games at Melbourne Arena.
        • Seating preferences will be taken up until the 31st of January.
        • The member will be contacted in February to finalise seating preferences and organise a payment method.
        • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria and you unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts having jurisdiction there.
        • To the fullest extent permitted by law (including without limitation the Australian Consumer Law) the Club shall in no circumstance be liable to you for any direct or consequential losses or any loss (whether direct or indirect) arising out of your purchase of or participation in Club membership, including without limitation from the loss or suspension of your membership card or your ability to attend all or any Collingwood games (including due to a change of scheduled venue) or enter a venue where a Collingwood game is occurring, except to the extent the loss is caused by our breach of these terms and conditions, negligence or wilful default.

        Collingwood believes that all people that interact with the club including members, supporters, suppliers, volunteers, contractors, sponsors and corporate partners, together with their guests, have the right to enjoy games and events in a safe and supportive environment. To this end we require all people interacting with the club to follow the Code of Conduct.

        Each person in their interaction with Collingwood, including attending a Collingwood game, event, and function or on social media must:

        1. Act as ambassadors for Collingwood and the game of AFL and, as such, conduct themselves in a way that reflects our values and promotes the club;

        2. Not abuse the match officials, venue employees, security, players and Collingwood employees and officials, including the use of crude or abusive language or gestures, insults, threats, intimidation, assault, provocation or otherwise act in an abusive manner;

        3. Respect the rights, dignity and worth of every person regardless of their gender, race, colour, religion, language, politics, national or ethnic origin or choice of AFL team;

        4. Not use nor encourage the use of violence in any form, whether it is by other spectators, team officials (including coaches) or players;

        5. Not engage in discrimination, harassment or abuse in any form, including the use of obscene or offensive language or gestures;

        6. Not be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs;

        7. Follow Collingwood’s dress codes, where appropriate;

        8. Comply with any terms of entry of a venue, including bag inspections, prohibited and restricted items such as flares, missiles, dangerous articles and items that have the potential to cause injury or public nuisance;

        9. Not throw missiles, including on to the field of play or at other spectators, and must not enter the field of play or its surrounds without lawful authority;

        10. Adhere to and comply with the conditions of entry to the MCG and Etihad Stadium or any other venue hosting a Collingwood event; and

        11. Conduct themselves in a manner that enhances, rather than injures, the reputation and goodwill of Collingwood, the AFL and the game generally.

        Any person who does not comply with this Code or who otherwise causes a disturbance may be evicted from the venue and/or event and banned from attending future matches and/or events.

        Where a person that interacts with the club is entitled to receive certain rights and benefits (such as membership benefits, sponsor entitlements or accreditation entitlements), Collingwood reserves the right to suspend or terminate those rights and benefits should the person’s conduct harm, or is likely to harm the reputation of Collingwood, or causes or is likely to cause an unsafe environment.

        The Auskick Junior Membership is a bonus 4 game General Admission access membership provided to each 2019 Community/Club NAB AFL Auskick participant who opts into receiving an AFL Club membership at the time of registration, by nominating his/her AFL Club of support (Club).

        If a recipient of the Auskick Junior Membership elects to change the Club originally selected, the original Club membership will be cancelled. A new Club membership will only be provided at the discretion of the AFL.

        An Auskick Junior Membership card will be included in the Auskick Benefits pack and mailed to the participant by the AFL after payment has been received.

        Auskick Junior Membership are not transferable, cannot be resold and are non-refundable.

        Auskick Junior Memberships are subject to all other terms and conditions of the Club’s membership.

        The Club and/or AFL reserves the right to cancel any Auskick Junior Membership without a refund where a member is deemed by the Club and/or AFL to have breached these terms and conditions.

        COMPETITION

        1. This document contains the terms and conditions of entry (“these terms”) into the Member Satisfaction Survey competition (“Promotion”), information on how to enter the Promotion, and information about the prizes which form part of these terms. Entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms. By entering this Promotion, the entrant acknowledges that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by and abide by these terms.

        19. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding this Promotion should be directed to the Promoter.

        20. The Promoter shall not be liable for any Prize that may be lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way after it leaves the Promoter’s control.

        21. Subject to the Australian Consumer Law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries not received for any reason during the Promotion Period or for technical difficulties with the entry mechanism and does not warrant that the entry mechanism will be available at all times. Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt by the Promoter. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries.

        22. The Promoter's decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion and Prizes is final and binding on every person who enters and no correspondence will be entered into. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of their rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

        23. Any Entrant who, in the opinion of the Promoter, tampers or interferes with the entry mechanism in any way, or who does not properly comply with the entry process, will be ineligible to win and it is within the Promoter's discretion to not display, or remove entries, from social media and the website.

        24. Incomplete, illegible or incorrect entries or entries containing offensive or defamatory comments, or which breach any law or infringe any third party rights, including intellectual property rights, are not eligible to win.

        25. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these terms. In the event there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion, the decision of the Promoter is final and binding on each Entrant and no correspondence will be entered into.

        26. Existing Magpies Netball members are included in this prize competition.

Your personal information is kept securely and confidentially. Although you may choose to only provide us with certain information, please be aware that this choice will affect the type and quality of service we provide to you and it may also result in delays.         EVENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

        1. General

        • The following conditions are both of sale (including any resale or subsequent assignment) and conditions of attendance at the event. You agree to these terms and conditions by registering for and attending a Collingwood Football Club (CFC) event or an event sold by CFC on behalf of a third party. If you choose not to be bound or fail to abide by the terms and conditions, your attendance at the event may be prohibited. If you are booking on behalf of other attendees you should direct them to these terms and conditions.

        2. Prices and payment

        • All prices are inclusive of GST. Payment in full is required at the time of booking (or unless otherwise specified). Where concessions are applicable, suitable and valid identification must be provided. Payment can be made online, in person or by phone with a credit card (or unless otherwise specified).

        3. Ticket limits

        • Limits of the number of tickets that can be purchased for any event may apply at the discretion of CFC. If you exceed the ticket limit, any or all of your orders and tickets may be cancelled without notice by CFC in its discretion. This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number or other information.

        4. Conditions of entry

        • It may be a condition of entry to individual events that a search of the person and / or their possessions will be required at the time of the entry to the venue. Cameras, audio and video recorders may not be permitted. The right is reserved to broadcast or telecast any event live or delayed. Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged or defaced in any way.

        5. Program

        • CFC reserves the right to alter the event program as advertised at any time without prior notice, including the date, venue, seating arrangements, audience capacity, entertainment and activities. Every effort will be made to ensure a program of equivalent standard. If the date, time or venue of an event is rescheduled or changed, your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date, venue and time.

        6. Event postponement

        • Should an event be postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, all tickets purchased for the original date will be transferred to the rescheduled date.

        7. Event cancellations

        • Should an event be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, CFC will endeavour to process a full refund within 30 days of such circumstances becoming known.

        8.Substitutions

        • Should an attendee be unable to attend the event, they may send someone else in their place. Bookings will remain under the original booking name.

        9. Refunds

        • If you cannot attend a rescheduled event and you contact us for a refund in a timely manner by emailing us at membership@collingwoodfc.com.au and provide the original ticket(s) and proof of purchase, CFC will refund to you the ticket price inclusive of booking fees but exclusive of delivery or mail fees and/or any processing surcharge.
        • If you are entitled to a refund and CFC has not already mailed your ticket, then CFC will also refund you any delivery fee associated with the purchase of such ticket(s).
        • CFC reserves the right to not refund, exchange or substitute tickets after purchase nor replace tickets that may have been stolen, lost or destroyed, other than as set out in these terms and conditions, except as required by law.
        • Please treat your tickets like cash as we cannot replace lost tickets.
        • If a refund is made, CFC may, to the extent permitted by law, retain any fee it has been charged.
        • All refunds will only be made back to the credit card of the individual, organisation or institution used in the original transaction from which payment was received.
        • Notwithstanding these terms and conditions, if you use a “disposable" or “temporary" credit card (such as those purchased over the counter at supermarkets) for your purchase, we are not able to make any refund to you unless
          • (a) you can provide full details of the credit card;
          • (b) the credit card remains valid; and
          • (c) you can produce the online purchase receipt.

        10. Lost tickets

        • CFC reserves the right to charge a fee for the replacement of tickets. CFC reserves the right not to replace tickets where seating is not allocated (general admission tickets).

        11. Image Release

        • In registering or booking for and attending CFC events, attendees grant permission to CFC, its agents and others working under its authority, to take and to have full and free use of video/photographs/recordings containing the attendee's image/likeness.
        • These images may be used for any purpose by or for CFC including promotional, news, on-line/multimedia, research and/or education. Attendees agree that they are not entitled to remuneration, residuals, royalties or any other payment from CFC in respect of their image/likeness or its use. Attendees release, discharge, and hold harmless, CFC and its agents from any and all claims, demands or causes of actions that they may hereafter have by reason of anything contained in the photographs or video.
        • If an attendee is under the age of 18, the attendee's parent or guardian agrees that CFC has the parent or guardian's permission to use any photograph, video or recording of the attendee for the purpose and on the bases explained above.
        • Should an attendee or an attendee's parent or guardian not agree to the above image release, they must advise CFC in writing by emailing membership@collingwoodfc.com.au

        12. Event attendance

        • The right of admission to an event may be subject to the venue's terms of admission.
        • CFC does not accept any responsibility for the security of or safety of the personal belongings of either you or those who attend the event with you.
        • Attendance is voluntary and at the individual's own risk and except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, CFC (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury, or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the event.

        13. Behaviour

        • You must be fully responsible for your own conduct and for the conduct of those who attend the event with you.
        • CFC reserves the right to prohibit entry of any person to a CFC event, or eject any person from a CFC event based on behaviour deemed inappropriate by CFC staff and/or its agents and others working under its authority.

        14. Resale and/or use of tickets

        • Tickets may not, without the prior written consent of CFC, be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including via on-line auction sites) or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services, either by the original purchaser or any subsequent bearer.
        • If a ticket is sold or used in breach of this condition, the ticket may be cancelled without a refund and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission.

        15. Scalping warning

        • The resale of tickets in certain circumstances is governed by ticket sales legislation and may attract criminal penalties.

        16. Privacy and communications

        • CFC handles the personal information it collects in connection with events payments, bookings and attendance in accordance with its privacy policy which can be found at: www.collingwoodfc.com.au/privacy or is available by calling 1300 MAGPIE (1300 62 47 430) during business hours. Our privacy policy explains how we use and disclose the personal information (including any overseas disclosures), how to request access to or correct your personal information and how to make a privacy complaint and how we handle complaints. CFC will use and disclose your personal information to process payments, deal with enquiries and disputes, manage events and it may also send you information about CFC events, promotions and specials and on behalf of selected third parties. The terms of the Privacy Policy form part of these terms and conditions.
        • You confirm that you have the consent of all the individuals whose personal information you provide to CFC and you have let them know about CFC's privacy policy.
        • If you do not wish to receive updates from CFC or selected third parties, you can call 1300 MAGPIE (1300 62 47 43) during business hours or email membership@collingwoodfc.com.auto opt out.

        17. No waiver by CFC

        • Any waiver by CFC, when exercising any right, power or provision of these terms and conditions, does not mean a waiver of any other right, power or provisions or the same one in the future. Also any delay in exercising a right, power or provision should not be taken to be a waiver by CFC.

        18. Severance

        • If any or any part of these terms or conditions are found to be unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in effect. If any unlawful and/or unenforceable provision would be lawful or enforceable if part of it were deleted, that part will be deemed to be deleted, and the rest of the provision will continue in effect.

        19. Laws of Victoria

        • These terms and conditions and any claims, actions or disputes are governed by the laws of Victoria.

        By checking this box, I understand that this is an agreement between the Collingwood Football Club Limited (“CFC”) and myself or those under my care, and will be deemed to have commenced on acceptance by CFC of my application to register myself or on behalf of my son or daughter or the child in respect of whom I am the legal guardian, to participate in the Activities ("participant").

        In consideration of and as a condition of acceptance of registration for the Activities on the day and date confirmed by CFC, I acknowledge and agree with the following:

        1. In this agreement

        • “CFC” means the Collingwood Football Club Limited and where the context provides, includes its directors, employees and agents.
        • “Claim” means and includes any action, suit, proceeding, claim, demand, damage, cost or expense however arising including but not limited to negligence.
        • “Activities” means any or all Activities which take place during Holden Centre tour
        • “Activation Space” includes the area outlined by CFC and any surrounding structures and playing surfaces.

        2. Warning: I acknowledge that whilst the participant participates in Activities, exposure to certain risk may occur, these include but are not limited to the following,

        • serious injuries;
        • other participants may act dangerously or with lack of skill; and/or
        • property may be damaged, lost or destroyed.

        I acknowledge that accidents can and often do happen during Activities, which may result in the participant being injured or killed, or my property being damaged. I acknowledge that any wet areas are not patrolled by lifeguards.

        Guidelines for participation

        I understand and warrant that I have explained to the participant that:

        • All participants are using the facilities at the venue where the Activities will occur must have agreed to this agreement before the participant will be allowed to participate in the Activities;
        • Any participants who have not agreed to this consent form will not be admitted and cannot participate in any of the Activities;
        • Supervisors and accompanying adults need to ensure that their group of participants maintains order and follows the rules during all Activities;

        I agree to:

        • In the case of injury, inform the coordinator of the Activity in session immediately;
        • Make known to the Activities coordinator that the participant has any existing medical conditions or injuries so that CFC can look after the participant properly in the case of an emergency;
        • Not allow the participant to participate in the Activities if they are affected by medication/ drugs;
        • Clearly inform the Activities coordinator if the participant has any food allergies, or other condition that requires medication, and ensure that the participant has the required medication with them at all times for the duration of the Activities;
        • Make the participant aware of and ensure they will abide by these terms and any other guidelines relating to the Activities; and
        • For the participant's safety, explain to them that they are not to touch or use any unauthorised equipment – unless directed to as part of the Activities.

        Fitness to Participate:

        • I warrant and declare that the participant is medically and physically fit and able to participate in the Activities;
        • I will immediately notify the Activities coordinator of any change to the participant’s medical condition, fitness or ability to participate after the date of this consent form;
        • I understand that if CFC is not provided with all relevant and necessary information about the participant’s health and capacity to participate in the Activities, they will not be able to fully appreciate the risk of harm or injury to the participant in providing instruction and in allowing the participant to participate in the Activities;
        • I understand that CFC will continue to rely upon this consent form as evidence of the participant’s fitness and ability to participate unless notified otherwise;
        • I consent to and licence any recording and use of the participant’s name, character, voice, image and likeness by or on behalf of CFC for the purposes of the participant's participation in a story about their experience on a Collingwood Football Club Media show, which may be broadcast on the Collingwood Football Club website, social media accounts and digital channels, and for any promotional, marketing or publicity activities by CFC. I acknowledge that any such use by CFC may be without acknowledgment, remuneration or compensation to me or the participant. I understand that any such use by CFC will be in accordance with CFC's Privacy Policy, which is available on CFC's website.

        Participant Behaviour

        I understand that in the event of the participant’s misbehaviour or behaviour posing a danger to himself/herself or others during the Activities.

        Privacy

        I acknowledge that CFC respects the participant's privacy. All personal information CFC collects about the participant, or from the participant, will be used and disclosed by CFC and on behalf of selected third parties in accordance with CFC's Privacy Policy which I agree to when I provide this personal information. If the information CFC requests, or parental/guardian consent, is not provided, I am aware that this choice will affect the type and quality of service they provide to me and it may also result in delays. By agreeing to these terms, I consent to the personal information of the participant being provided and handled according to this privacy statement.
