Will reserved seat memberships be available in 2019?

To provide greater flexibility in attending matches and more affordable options, there will be no reserved seating memberships available in 2019.

All packages offer a member exclusive pre-sale window and discounted ticket prices, and are available for more affordable prices.

What is an Integrated Seating Map (ISM)?

An Integrated Seating Map (ISM) is an online tool allowing members to log on and select their reserved seat during the designated period.

Can I change my seats if I haven't renewed my membership?

No, unless you have renewed your membership for 2019 you won't be able to change your seats.

You must renew your membership in order to change your seats by 21 November 2018 which is the reserved seat cut off date.

How do I access the ISM tool?

You can access the ISM by logging into your MyMagpies account with your email address and password.

Members who have purchased an ANZAC Day membership will have access to the ISM closer to the ANZAC Day match.

When can I access the ISM?

The ISM is accessible to different groups at varied times, these are broken down below:

  • Club 5 and Legends members: Monday 26 November - Wednesday 28 November
  • All other members: Friday 30 November - Wednesday 5 December
  • General public: Monday 10 December

Please note: these dates are subject to change.

Members will be notified of their dates and times by email ahead of the access window being open.

Members who have purchased an Anzac Day membership will have access to the ISM closer to the date of the match. These timings will be communicated through email.

How do I know which seats are available?

If the seat is shown with a green shade, this means it’s available to reserve.

The seat I want is grey, what does this mean?

If a seat is shown with a grey shade this means it is unavailable.

Can I get access to the ISM after my priority window?

The ISM will be accessible to all members and supporters after all access windows have been complete on Monday 10 December.

It can then be accessed right up until the end of the 2019 home and away season.

Members who have purchased an Anzac Day membership will have access to the ISM closer to the date of the match. These timings will be communicated through email.

If I change my seat allocation throughout the season, will I receive an updated membership card?

Yes, you will receive a new membership card within two weeks of your seat allocation being updated. Your updated membership card will be sent to your mail address and an electronic version (e-card) will be emailed prior to the upcoming match, should you have access.

I’m having trouble with the ISM platform loading

If you are having trouble with your page loading, this could be due to the browser you are using. To avoid issues with loading, we recommend using Google Chrome when updating your seats.

Can I change my home and away seats at the same time?

No, you cannot change both seat allocations at the same time. To do this, we recommend following step-by-step instructions, which can be downloaded here.

Do I have to pay to change my seat allocation?

No, as long as you are changing your seat to an allocation that falls within your membership category you are not required to pay.

If you want to change your seat to an allocation that falls outside of your membership category, this may require you to upgrade your membership, which may require an additional payment.

What happens if I change my mind about the seat allocation I have picked?

You are able to change your seat allocation however, the initial seat you had may no longer be available. You can log back into the ISM platform through your My Magpies Account to change your allocation. Alternatively, you can contact our Membership Services team on 1300 MAGPIE (1300 62 47 43) during business hours or email membership@collingwoodfc.com.au.

I’d like to change my membership package for next season, how do I do this?

You’ll be sent a renewal notice via email or mail. Once this is received, on the form you can specify what membership package you’d like to change to, if this is known.

If you’re unsure or have a question about which membership package you would like to change to, please contact our Membership Services team on 1300 MAGPIE (1300 62 47 43) during business hours or email membership@collingwoodfc.com.au.

For any major changes, for example releasing a reserved seat as a result of your membership being downgraded or cancelled. You will need to send an email to membership@collingwoodfc.com.au or a letter to PO BOX 165, Abbotsford, Victoria, 3067 with your request. Changes will not be made until this is done.

I’d like to change my reserved seat allocation for next season, how do I do this?

This can be done through the Integrated Seating Map tool, which will open for members ahead of the upcoming season.

I’d like to opt out of the roll over program, how do I do this?

You’ll be sent a renewal notice via email or mail. Once this is received, on the form there is an opportunity to tick a box to opt out of the roll over program. Once you have updated your form, send it back to the club by mailing it to PO BOX 165, Abbotsford, Victoria, 3067.

I have an outstanding amount owing on my 2018 membership, will this prohibit me from becoming a member in 2019?

Yes - you won’t be able to purchase a 2019 membership until the balance of your 2018 membership has been paid in full. To pay in full, please contact our Membership Services team on 1300 MAGPIE (1300 62 47 43) during business hours or email membership@collingwoodfc.com.au.

What is the automatic roll over program?

The automatic roll over program is when your membership automatically rolls over on the scheduled roll over date.

What are my Social Club entitlements?

All 2019 Members with Social Club entitlements, as well as those who purchase the Social Club add-on, will receive the following:

Social Club medallion

Social Club access - Dean Jones Bar (Ponsford Stand – home & away games) and Lindsay Hassett Room (Great Southern Stand – home games only) at the MCG, and the Victory Room at Etihad Stadium (home games only); members must present their membership card to gain access

Access to purchase Social Club guest passes on game-day

Access to enter a ballot (priority 3) to purchase a 2019 Grand Final ticket if Collingwood is a competing team (when purchased as an add-on – packages that include social club already have this entitlement or better)

Am I eligible for a Companion Card membership?

If you hold a Government issued Companion Card, you are entitled to one complimentary membership for your carer.

Once you purchase your membership, send proof of your Companion Card via email to membership@collingwoodfc.com.au or letter to PO BOX 165, Abbotsford, Victoria, 3067.

Once approved, we will issue a complimentary membership within the same category as the one purchased.

How do I transfer my seat to another member?

If you would like to transfer your reserved seat to another reserved seat member, you will be required to complete a transfer of seat form. You can send the form back via email to membership@collingwoodfc.com.au or letter to PO BOX 165, Abbotsford, Victoria, 3067.

How do I update my membership details?

You can update your details by logging into your My Magpies account. If you are having trouble, please contact our Membership Services team on 1300 MAGPIE (1300 62 47 43) during business hours or email membership@collingwoodfc.com.au.

Your personal information is kept securely and confidentially. Although you may choose to only provide us with certain information, please be aware that this choice will affect the type and quality of service we provide to you and it may also result in delays. What is the Legends Bay?

It’s an allocation of reserved bays at the MCG for Legends Bay members. This membership gives flexibility to members who would like to pick where they sit within a set of bay’s on match day. It also enables members to buy additional guest passes (subject to availability).

Am I guaranteed a seat within the Legends Bay?

Yes, you will be guaranteed a seat with the Legends Bay. This membership is only available to a limited number of people to ensure there are enough seats available for members and their guests should they purchase guest passes.

The club will have staff available at each match to assist Legends Bay members should any issues arise on the day.

How does Legends Bay seating work on ANZAC Day?

All Legends Bay members will be allocated a reserved seat on Anzac Day. Member communication will be sent out closer to the match, which will assist in securing your reserved seat on Anzac Day.

The Legends Lounge will be unavailable for Legends Bay members on Anzac Day.

Guest passes will not be available for purchase for Anzac Day.

I want to move out of the Legends Bay, can I change my seat?

If you decide you don’t like the Legends Bay seating, our Membership Services Team are more than happy to accommodate members so they are happy with their seating. If this is the case please contact our Membership Services team on 1300 MAGPIE (1300 62 47 43) during business hours or email membership@collingwoodfc.com.au.

If someone holds a Legends membership can they access the Legends Bay seating?

Yes, we can do our best to accommodate this (subject to availability). Please contact our Membership Services team on 1300 MAGPIE (1300 62 47 43) during business hours or email membership@collingwoodfc.com.au.

Can I buy guest passes for the Legends Bay?

Legends Bay members can buy guest passes by contacting our Membership Services team on 1300 MAGPIE (1300 62 47 43) during business hours or email membership@collingwoodfc.com.au. Alternatively, you can purchase guest passes on a match day from Membership Services located at Gate 1 (subject to availability).

How much do guest passes cost?

Guest passes cost $80 for adults and $40 for juniors.

How many guest passes can I buy?

There is a limit of two guest passes available per member at each match. Guest passes are subject to availability and are not available on ANZAC Day.

Do guests have to be with their Legends Bay members when entering the gate?

No, when guest passes are purchased members will receive a ticket through email.

Will junior packages be available?

Yes, all three of our packages include a special price for our junior members. All packages also include access to a member-only clinic, where our young fans will get the chance to meet and learn new skills and techniques directly from our players.

What discount do memberships provide on match day tickets?

All 2019 members will save 30% on all Collingwood Magpies matches in 2019.

What will I receive in my 2019 membership pack?

All packages will include the following merchandise items:

  • Membership card
  • Ticket wallet and lanyard
  • Members’ Choice item (to be collected at a home game and only available to members who purchase prior to 31 March 2019)

Why have the membership packages changed from 2018?

We wanted to offer more flexibility and greater value for money for our members to choose the matches they are able to commit to attending through the 2019 SSN season.

Our home court at Melbourne Arena has also changed direction by 90 degrees, which resulted in the removal of seats from the court-side affecting 2018 reserved seat membership holders.

When will I be able to purchase tickets for the 2019 SSN Season?

Tickets are scheduled to go on sale for members at the beginning March 2019. Members will use their individual membership number to allow access to pre-sale tickets. Further communications will be sent closer to the member exclusive pre-sale date.

Who do I contact if I have questions about purchasing tickets for the 2019 SSN season?

All tickets are purchased through the Ticketek website, we advise contacting Ticketek if you have any questions regarding tickets.

How do I organise a reserved seat online?

Tickets will be available for purchase through the Ticketek website at the beginning of March 2019. Further communications will be sent closer to the member exclusive pre-sale date.

How will I be able to access tickets into the Active Area?

If you have purchased the Active Area add on with your Centre Pass membership, your membership number will enable you to purchase into the designated Active Area.

When will I receive my membership card?

Membership cards will be mailed out in February 2019. If you purchase your membership after this date please allow up to 14 days for your membership card to arrive.

Can I buy a membership as a gift for someone?

Yes, memberships can be purchased as gift. As the membership cards will not be mailed out until February 2019 we can provide you with a gift certificate to pass on. Please contact Membership Services on 1300 MAGPIE (1300 62 47 43) during business hours or email membership@collingwoodfc.com.au.

What is a members’ choice item?

Members who join by 31 March 2019 will be given a members’ choice item to be collected at a home game. Members will have the choice of a Collingwood Magpies scarf, hat or drink bottle, subject to stock availability.
