My Magpies Troubleshooting

My Magpies is our online membership portal for AFL, AFLW & Netball members. Here you can update your personal details, make changes to your membership, and redeem membership extras like our Bring a Friend for Free offer.

Membership Pack Delivery

Your membership pack is dispatched from an Australian warehouse, and it generally takes 2-3 weeks to arrive at your address from the date you sign up or renew. If your pack has taken longer than that, simply let us know.

All members who sign up prior to November 24, 2017 receive our pre-Christmas delivery guarantee. If you have signed up before this date, your membership pack will be included in a bulk mail-out shortly after November 24.

Update My Personal Details

Need to change your contact details? Or maybe you've had a change of address?

Click here to pass on your new details.

Update My Credit/Debit Card

If you need to update your card's expiry date, or provide an entirely new card, please call us on 1300 MAGPIE(62 47 43) to do so securely over the phone.

Alternatively, you can update your financial details via your My Magpies account by heading to Account Settings and clicking on 'Credit Cards & Bank Accounts'

Reserved Seat Changes

The 2018 reserved seat change period will open on the following dates:

AFL

  • 27 November, 2017 - Club 5 & Legends members (includes MCG Legends & Captains)
  • 4 December, 2017 - All other reserved seat members
  • 11 December, 2017 - New seat allocations open

SSN

  • 27 November, 2017 - Reserved seat changes open for existing members
  • 1 December, 2017 - Reserved seat changes close
  • 4 December, 2017 - New reserved seat allocations open for existing members and new members
