  • What is the process after I sign up as a member?

    2021 SSN memberships are now available to purchase here.

    Once a membership is purchased, you will receive an email confirmation which will outline details of your membership.

  • When will I receive my membership package?

    Membership packages are always scheduled to be delivered before Round 1 of the SSN season.

    If there are any disruptions or delays due to the COVID-19 situation we will notify members in a timely fashion. We are working hard to ensure that our membership package process is watertight so that we do not experience the same level of disruption as there was in 2020.

  • What is my membership number?

    Your membership number sometimes referred to as an account ID is a unique number located on the back of your membership card. It can also be found in your MyMagpies account.

  • How do I change my personal details?

    Members can contact our team to update their personal details. Call the Membership team on 1300 Magpie (624 743) or email

  • Companion Card eligibility

    If you hold a Government issued Companion Card, you are entitled to one complimentary membership for your Carer. Once you purchase your membership, send proof of your Companion Card via email to or letter to PO BOX 165, Abbotsford, Victoria, 3067. Once approved, we will issue a complimentary membership that is the same as the one purchase.

  • Junior eligibility

    Any child below the age of 15 as at January 1 2020 is eligible for junior pricing.

  • Concession eligibility

    Any person who holds a valid student or pensioner’s card is eligible for concession pricing.

  • Are memberships discounted if purchased after the season starts?

    Memberships will not be discounted when the season starts

  • What is a family membership?

    Family memberships include 2 adults and 2 juniors.

    Juniors must be under the age of 15 as of January 1, 2020

    Contact the membership team to discuss adding additional juniors to a family package.

  • What is a Flexi membership?

    A Flexi membership allows for individual general admission passes to share with family and friends.

  • Can someone else use my membership?

    Members are able to pass on their membership entitlements for game access so long as the person using the membership is at an equivalent level of entry.

    If a Concession or Junior member transfers a membership entitlement or ticket to an adult, the adult will be refused entry.

  • Match-day check-list

    To ensure a smooth access to the match, ensure:

    • You are up to date on your payments
  • I'm not receiving club emails

    You may have unsubscribed from our emails or subscription or your email address you signed up with may be incorrect.
