Due to the AFL'S COVID-19 protocols our training sessions remains closed, but we hope to see fans back at Olympic Park Oval sometime in 2021!
At this stage no decisions regarding the fixture, timing, or format of the 2021 AFL Season have been formally announced by the AFL.

2021 membership renewal forms for existing Collingwood FC members were delivered in October.
The 2021 automatic renewal date for members set up on the automatic rollover plan was November 16th, 2020. For more details regarding automatic renewal, click here.

Even if you opted for a partial or maximal refund for the 2020 season, your years of service will continue in 2021.

We know that 2020 has been a difficult year for many, so we've made sure that there are no adverse effects for members who sought financial assistance from the club.
Member caps are only available to members in 2020 who are set up with the automatic renewal plan.

If you hold a Government issued Companion Card, you are entitled to one complimentary membership for your Carer. Once you purchase your membership, send proof of your Companion Card via email to membership@collingwoodfc.com.au or letter to PO BOX 165, Abbotsford, Victoria, 3067. Once approved, we will issue a complimentary membership that is the same as the one purchased.
Any child below the age of 15 as at January 1 2021 is eligible for junior pricing.
Any person who holds a valid full time student, pensioner or veterans affairs card is eligible for concession pricing.
Memberships will not be discounted when the season starts.
Family memberships include 2 adults and 2 juniors.

Members are able to pass on their membership card for game access so long as they are an equivalent level of entry.
If a Concession or Junior member transfers a membership entitlement or ticket to an adult, the adult will be refused entry and will have the membership card or ticket confiscated at the gates.
The ticket will not be returned to the member and a replacement fee (to be advised by the Club) will apply for the issue of a new membership card.

Interstate members are able to select a ticket to a Collingwood game played in their state along with five games in Melbourne.
Interstate members are contacted via email in the lead up to the game in their state with ticketing instructions.

To keep the same seat, renew your membership by the Reserved Seat cut-off date for the 2021 season.
Because of the uncertain nature of the next few months, the Reserved Seat cut-off date has not yet been set. Members will receive appropriate communication and notice once this date is confirmed.
During the Home & Away season, general admission members are able to upgrade their access to a reserved seat for a discounted cost.

You must be a Legends Bay, Level 1 Legends Bay or Reserved Bay member to be able to purchase guest passes within your reserved seating area.
Guest passes can be purchased closer to the season, i.e. they are not available for the 2021 season just yet.
The availability of reserved seats in extremely limited at this time.
Existing members are welcome to contact the club (via email or web-chat) to explore seat-changes, but please note that most requests cannot be facilitated at this time due to the limited availability of reserved seats.

Yes, we will be sending all members a plastic membership card in 2021 unless they opted out of receiving a plastic membership card via their 2021 renewal form. Members will be given the opportunity to opt in for a plastic card at a minimal cost for the 2022 season.

Members without a smartphone can print their ticket prior to a match directly from their MyMagpies account. Simply follow the steps from FAQ 4 (once uploaded) to view the ticket, and then select the ‘print ticket’ option.
Each game will have a unique barcode number, so be sure to print the ticket relating to the specific game in question. Ticket printing will not be available at the Membership Hub on game-day.

An email address is required to log directly into your MyMagpies account and access your digital membership card.
Members without a unique email address can be linked to the account of the member with the email address they’d like to share (e.g. a child’s account can be linked to a parent). Yes, you are able to take a screen shot of a barcode and save it to your phone so you’re ready to go ahead of the game.
You should also be able to save the Digital Membership Card to your smart phone’s wallet.
2021 SSN memberships are not available just yet.
