    Please note: digital membership cards are not available to view yet. They will be available closer to the 2021 AFL season, and this FAQ page will be updated to reflect when digital cards are ready. Please read through the FAQs below for full details;

  • Why has the club gone digital?
    • To comply with new health guidelines for safe stadium entry and to assist with contact tracing;
    • floating fixture in 2021 creates difficulty in trying to deliver plastic cards to members in time to use at matches;
    • Any change to the 2021 AFL fixture would result in a plastic membership card becoming invalid due to the way membership barcodes are coded;
    • In line with becoming more environmentally friendly, we are working to reduce the amount of plastic cards that we produce.
    • To improve the game-day experience of members, i.e. reduce the risk of the wrong membership card being brought to a game, or the card being left at home or lost.

    We will work closely with members to facilitate the transition to digital membership cards. If you have any further questions contact Membership Services on 1300 MAGPIE (1300 624 743) or email membership@collingwoodfc.com.au
