Once a membership is purchased, you will receive an email confirmation which will outline details of your 2020 membership.
Due to the COVID-19 situation, the club is currently operating on a skeleton staff. As such, we are only able to send data for newly purchased or re-ordered membership packs to our warehouse once every fortnight, rather than once per week as is usually the case in-season.
Additionally, there have been some delivery delays due to the high volume of packages that Australia Post is handling at the moment.
This means that your membership package may take between 15-25 business days to be delivered from the date of purchase/re-order.

Usually, membership caps are available for collection at all games played at the MCG and Marvel Stadium, as well as open training sessions.
Due to the COVID-19 situation cap collection is not possible at the moment.
Unfortunately, we cannot mail out member caps right now either. Our stock is at the Holden Centee, and due to strict player safety protocols our membership staff can't access it.
We aim to introduce a new process once membership staff are back at the Holden Centre. At this stage we do not know when staff will be returning.
Caps are only available to members in 2020 who are on a payment plan.
Your membership number, sometimes referred to as an account ID, is a unique number located on the back of your membership card.
Your membership barcode is a 12-digit number located on the back of your membership card.
Your barcode is required when upgrading to a reserved seat through Ticketmaster or Ticketek. Barcode numbers change each season when a new card issued.
Once you receive your membership pack, bring your membership card along with you on game day and scan in at the gates for entry!

If you hold a Government issued Companion Card, you are entitled to one complimentary membership for your Carer. Once you purchase your membership, send proof of your Companion Card via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or letter to PO BOX 165, Abbotsford, Victoria, 3067. Once approved, we will issue a complimentary membership that is the same as the one purchased.
Any child below the age of 15 as at January 1 2020 is eligible for junior pricing.
Any person who holds a valid full time student, pensioner or veterans affairs card is eligible for concession pricing
Memberships will not be discounted when the season starts.
Family memberships include 2 adults and 2 juniors.
Juniors must be under the age of 15 as of January 1, 2020
