We anticipate there will be changes to the game access entitlements included in your membership/s for the 2020 Toyota AFL Premiership season. As such, members with game access entitlements in their 2020 membership/s have the option to request a refund. This can be done via our Magpies Pledge platform or by contacting the Membership Team.
If members wish to continue to support the club, they have the opportunity to commit their 2020 membership/s value in full, or in part via our Magpies Pledge platform.

If you haven't already, your membership pack will be on the way and delivered to your door and will ensure you can still feel connected to us during these unprecedented times.
Usually, membership caps are available for collection at all games played at the MCG and Marvel Stadium, as well as open training sessions.
Due to the COVID-19 situation cap collection is not possible at the moment.
Unfortunately, we cannot mail out member caps right now either. Our stock is at the Holden Centee, and due to strict player safety protocols our membership staff can't access it.
We aim to introduce a new process once membership staff are back at the Holden Centre. At this stage we do not know when staff will be returning.
Caps are only available to members in 2020 who are on a payment plan.

To opt out of your payment plan you must submit a written request to the club via email. Please ensure that you include the names and membership numbers of all members that your request pertains to.
By not completing this process you consent to the payment being deducted and continuing your support of the club. Monthly payments will continue to be processed on the 18th of each month.
If you do not contact us prior to 18 May (and want that payment refunded) or want to opt-out in respect of the further payments, please contact the membership services team.
We're looking into ways we can get our Members on the inside, with exclusive access from team meetings and around the Holden Centre once business operations resume. Members will be notified on how they can access these exclusive benefits.
