Membership Benefits
Benefits and conditions of membership are subject to change and are at the
discretion of the Collingwood Football Club.
Magpie Monthly Pay
1. Payments will be
deducted in 11 equal instalments on the 21st of each month, beginning on 21st November
each year via a nominated credit card - Visa and MasterCard accepted.
2. By joining Magpie
Monthly Pay, you authorise the Collingwood to debit from your nominated credit
card in amounts and intervals as advised.
3. The first of 11 instalments
will be withdrawn on 21st November, with further payments on the 21st of each
following month. If any payment fails to transfer, further attempts will be made
in the following three working days to attempt to clear the fund transfer.
4. Members applying for
Magpie Monthly Pay after the first scheduled payment (21st November) will have
a payment or payments deducted to bring them up to date with the schedule and
then payments will continue at each specified date (21st of each month).
5. If your debit is
returned or dishonoured by your financial institution, you will receive a
letter requesting immediate payment. Any fees levied to you by your financial
institution will be payable by you. Payments that decline will be recharged
with an additional processing fee of $5.00 per default.
6. Collingwood may suspend
or cancel your membership if on two consecutive occasions your drawing is
dishonoured by your financial institution. We will notify you by letter if we
suspend or cancel your Magpie Monthly Pay arrangement. It is your
responsibility to ensure that: (a) the account details you have provided are
correct and (b) you have sufficient clear funds available in the nominated
account on the scheduled drawing date.
7. If your membership is
suspended or cancelled your membership will not grant you access to Collingwood
games.
8. If you believe that a
withdrawal has been initiated incorrectly, contact our Membership Services
Centre on 1300 MAGPIE (62 46 43). You will receive a full refund of the
withdrawal amount if we cannot substantiate the reason for the drawing.
9. All members that opt in
to the Magpie Monthly Pay will be automatically added to the Collingwood Auto
Renew program.
Collingwood Auto Renewal
1. Members can opt out of
the Magpie Auto Renewal Program at any time, but must complete any outstanding
payments.
2. Members will be given at
least 14 days notice in writing of changes in the new amount of their next
season’s membership and to the terms of the Auto Renewal agreement.
3. By joining the Auto
Renewal Program, you authorise Collingwood to debit from your nominated credit
card in amounts and at intervals as advised.
Refund Policy
There will be no exchanges or refunds on memberships purchased without written application. Refunds will be at the discretion of the Membership Manager and only be granted in exceptional circumstances.
