PIE PAY Monthly

  1. 1Payments will be deducted in 11 equal instalments on the 21st of each month, beginning on 21st October each year via a nominated Visa or Mastercard. Other forms of credit cards will not be accepted.
  2. By joining PIE PAY, you authorise the Collingwood Football Club to debit from your nominated credit card in amounts and intervals as advised.
  3. The first of 11 instalments will be withdrawn on 21st October, with further payments on the 21st of each following month. If any payment fails to transfer, further attempts will be made in the following four working days to attempt to clear the fund transfer.
  4. Members applying for PIE PAY after the first scheduled payment (21st October) will have a payment or payments deducted to bring them up to date with the schedule and then payments will continue at each specified date (21st of each month).
  5. If your debit is returned or dishonoured by your financial institution, you will receive an SMS requesting immediate payment. Any fees levied to you by your financial institution will be payable by you. It is your responsibility to ensure all contact details are correct at all times and update if they change.
  6. Collingwood may suspend or cancel your membership if on two consecutive occasions your drawing is dishonoured by your financial institution. We will notify you by letter if we suspend or cancel your PIE PAY Monthly arrangement. It is your responsibility to ensure that: (a) the account details you have provided are valid/correct and (b) you have sufficient clear funds available in the nominated account on the scheduled drawing date.
  7. If your membership is suspended or cancelled your membership will not grant you access to Collingwood games.
  8. If you believe that a withdrawal has been initiated incorrectly, contact our Membership Services Centre on 1300 MAGPIE (62 46 43). You will receive a full refund of the withdrawal amount if we cannot substantiate the reason for the drawing.
  9. All members that opt in to the PIE PAY will be automatically be added to the Collingwood Auto Renew program.
    10. Members can opt out of the PIE PAY Monthly payment plan at any time, but must complete any outstanding payments.

PIE PAY YEARLY

  • Members can opt out of the PIE PAY Yearly payment plan at any time, but must complete any outstanding payments.
  • Members will be given at least 14 days notice in writing of changes in the new amount of their next season’s membership and to the terms of the Auto Renewal agreement.
  • By joining the PIE PAY Yearly payment plan, you authorise Collingwood to debit from your nominated credit card in amounts and at intervals as advised

Refund Policy

Once a membership has been purchased, the Collingwood Football Club is under no obligation to provide a cancellation or refund. Requests for refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances.
